Best Western Grant Park Hotel Chicago, Chicago

I had a great experience at this hotel, marked by very clean rooms and friendly, accommodating staff like Vivian at the front desk. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the El and bus stops, as well as nearby bars and cafes. However, there are limited facilities to enjoy on-site, and the hotel is a bit removed from the bustling center if you're looking for that vibrant city atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the stunning view of Grant Park and the cleanliness of the rooms. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with many restaurants and bars nearby. However, the parking situation could have been clearer, and the HVAC unit in my room was quite noisy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to others visiting Chicago.
